Hey guys,

Am I the only one who thinks it's interesting how no one seems to care about our eye health? I've been looking through the forums and for something most of us would be terrified to lose, we don't exactly pay much attention to our eyesight! I work for RNIB (Royal National Institute of the Blind) and see countless women with beautiful looking eyes who have actually lost up to 40% of their eyesight without knowing it - shocking I know!

It's not just women, it can effect anyone and the only way of checking up on how you are doing is by going to the optician to check all is well. Beautiful on the inside, beautiful on the outside and all that
