Only British management could come up with the idea of a call centre in India for British National Rail! It doesn't work. They have no idea of the places, or where they are or up to date information on whether a service is running. They are a nightmare when planning a journey. Basically they have no more info than you have on your computer so don't waste time ringing. This is one essential service which should be kept for British workers
